Ongoing Projects

Cogitation of ASD, way of thinking which is tended in the Association and the impressions that the Association leaves in public, it express the dynamism and a new approach to disability as the main elements in creating the concept of this bulletin and above all it tends to distance itself from the conventional solutions (concept wise, content wise and form wise) of typical bulletins of persons with disability. New concept insists on more dynamical and more attractive approach to the problem of disability, widening the area which can be connected with this subject, as well as placing that subject in the context of human rights. As a part of the concept and articles that represent array of actions typical for subcultures and alternative groups, whose goal is insisting on equality of young people no matter the disability.

The first LOOPING issue came out of the print before regional conference “Inclusive education – perspectives in Serbia and surroundings”. Publishing of the magazine was supported by Ministry of labor, employment and social policy and ministry of culture.

Promotion of inclusive education in Serbia and Montenegro

This project has a goal of researching the situation of young people with disability in special and regular high schools in Serbia and Montenegro, respectively research of the situation, opportunity and obstacles with which young people with disability have to deal in process of acquiring high school education, as well as the motivation and opportunity for education. In this project high schools were contacted and 484 young persons with different types of disability participated in the opinion polls. Results of the research will be promoted among the relevant institutions and media. Partners on realization of this project are Association of students with disabilities from Kragujevac and Nis, Association of young people with disabilities of Montenegro and Association of citizens with disability “Svasta mogu” from Sabac, and supported by EPS-REFINE program of Institute for open society form Budapest.
